Rules of procedure of the Guadeloupe Zoo
Any individual entering the site has taken note of the rules of procedure and undertakes to respect them. The site is authorized to expel anyone who violates the rules of these rules or who is within the grounds of the site without a valid admission ticket. The site disclaims any responsibility for individuals who do not comply with these basic safety rules: Any breach can lead to serious consequences. Section 1:
Visitors can only enter the site if they are in possession of valid entrance tickets and only using the entrances indicated for this purpose. Admission tickets should be kept throughout your visit and are to be presented upon request. People under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs could be refused entry to the park or expelled from its grounds if necessary. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to access the site. In particular, the leaders of groups of children are responsible for them.
Any minor child, any disabled person, any sick individual must be accompanied by an adult and remain under his supervision and responsibility.
Section 2:
The site is equipped with a video surveillance system. We ask you to behave responsibly and prudently at all times.
Section 3:
The site is located in a humid tropical zone. As a result, you may be exposed to high heat. We recommend that you stay well hydrated and bring water to cool off along the way.
Section 4:
It is requested to wear walking shoes (closed, flat and non-slip) and it is mandatory to wear clothing (in accordance with modesty and in order to protect yourself from sunburn, rain, bites, etc.).
Section 5:
The park declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or deterioration of your personal effects.
Section 6:
It is strictly forbidden to:
- leave the landscaped path and cross the railings or barriers in order to guarantee your safety;
- walking barefoot around the site;
- run;
- possess or use weapons, dangerous products or objects (toxic products, stone-throwers, knives, sound instruments...). Their use can not only harm wildlife but also change their behavior;
- smoke or vape throughout the site;
- come with animals (except service dogs with proof);
- enter staff premises or work areas;
- sit on railings and barriers;
- have a picnic throughout the site;
- to use any means of transport (bike, scooter, scooter, roller, skateboard, etc...) except for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
Section 7:
It is forbidden to enter the enclosures.
Section 8:
It is forbidden to open animal cages. Illegal release may not only result in the death of the animal but also jeopardizes the balance of the life chain of all wildlife.
Section 9:
Feeding animals is not allowed.
Section 10:
It is forbidden to touch the windows, the fences or to put your fingers or hands inside the enclosures.
Section 11:

Section 12:
It is legally forbidden to collect, collect, or hold a feather, tooth, or any other part of an endangered wild animal.
Section 13:
The site offers you the possibility of taking a walk in height. This route is optional and the visit can continue on the developed trail. If you do not want to take advantage of the high route, you can continue your visit and meet the people accompanying you at the exit of the route indicated on the tour plan.
The approximate duration of the route is 20 to 25 minutes. Once on the bridge, you do not have the option of turning back.
Access to the course is prohibited for children under 8 years old, children under 1.20m tall, people weighing more than 110kg, pregnant women and people suffering from heart diseases, epilepsy, asthma, asthma, asthma, severe allergies, or any other diseases that may occur during the course. It is therefore of course also forbidden to do so with babies or small children in their arms or installed in a baby carrier, with a stroller or any other means of transport (bicycle, scooter, etc.). Each child, aged 8 and over and measuring 1.20 m and over, must be accompanied by an adult. Walkways and platforms can accommodate a maximum of 2 people per element.
Access to the high-rise walk is not recommended for people prone to vertigo.
It is forbidden to jump, run on footbridges and platforms and to lean over nets.
Closed anti-slip hiking boots are mandatory.
Due to the length of the route, access to it may be prohibited after a certain hour or due to the weather (storms, winds, rains...).
Section 14:
It is forbidden to touch, tear off, cut plants, flowers, trees on the site.
Section 15:
The site has protected wild flora. It is legally forbidden to collect, remove, or hold all or part of a plant, flower, or tree.
Section 16:
Access to the play area is forbidden to any child alone. Children can play there under the supervision and responsibility of their parents or the people who accompanied them on the site. Each play area is indicated with a specific sign indicating the minimum and maximum age and the maximum number of participants, please respect each instruction.
Section 17:
Any commercial photo or video must be requested in advance from the management and be accompanied by a signed filming agreement. The use of drones is totally prohibited, unless authorized in writing by management.
Section 18:
The site can host filming during opening hours, you will be informed of the areas concerned and you can ask not to appear in the image.
