The payment methods accepted online are: payments by bank card (visa, Mastercard) or connect holiday vouchers. On site, payments accepted are by credit card, cash or holiday vouchers.
Do I have to print the tickets?
No, the digital version on the smartphone is sufficient. However, be sure to download them in advance, the internet connection can be inconstant at the Zoo.
Does the zoo offer annual memberships?
Yes, the zoo offers annual memberships that allow unlimited entry throughout the year. They are €32 for adults and €22 for children.

What are the entrance fees for the zoo?
Zoo entry fees vary according to the age of visitors. Adults pay 17.50 euros, while children under 12 get a discounted rate of 12 euros. Children under 3 years old get in for free. Discounts are also available for groups of more than 10 people.
