The safety of our visitors and our animals is our priority. Security guards are present throughout the zoo, and surveillance cameras are installed. We ask that you follow the posted safety instructions and report any suspicious behavior.

Pets are not allowed in the zoo, with the exception of service animals. This is done to protect the animals in the zoo and to ensure the safety of all visitors. Thanks for your understanding.

Smoking is forbidden in the Guadeloupe Zoo for safety reasons and for the well-being of animals.

Feeding animals in the zoo is strictly forbidden. We encourage you to observe the animals and to participate in the feeding sessions organized by our trainers.
